MENTORSHIP
Mentorship at The Transformation Station is about walking with you for a season. It’s not about fixing you, rushing you, or telling you what to do. It’s about support, encouragement, and helping you recognize what God is doing in your life, especially when things feel confusing or uncomfortable. Mentorship here is offered intentionally and prayerfully, with the understanding that everyone grows at a different pace.
What Mentorship Looks Like Here
Mentorship isn’t about having all the answers.
It’s about learning how to slow down, reflect, and move forward with God in real life. Sometimes that means asking hard questions. Sometimes it means sitting with things you’ve been avoiding. And sometimes it means realizing God has been working all along.
This kind of mentorship is:
✦ Supportive, not controlling
✦ Honest, not performative
✦ Faith-centered, not pressured
✦ Focused on growth, not perfection
Mentorship is meant for a season. It’s there to help you through a particular time or transition, not to replace your personal relationship with God.

Mentorship Within Courses
Some courses at The Transformation Station include support along the way. The courses are self-paced, so you can go through the videos on your own time and at your own pace. There’s no rushing and no pressure to keep up.
During the course, you’ll have two chances to talk with me:
✦ One check-in about halfway through
✦ One conversation at the end
These times are simply for encouragement, asking questions, and talking through what you’re learning and experiencing.
This support is meant to help you stay grounded and apply what you’re learning, without feeling overwhelmed.
Personalized 1:1 Mentorship
By Application
Personalized mentorship is for those who are looking for more focused support during a specific season of life.
This option allows us to work more closely together for a set period of time. It’s more personal, more intentional, and includes deeper conversation, prayer, and accountability.
Personalized mentorship is offered for a limited time and is not always available. It is a paid option, and details about how it works and the cost are shared after your application has been reviewed and accepted.

Why An Application Is Required
The application process is there to make sure this is a good fit for both of us.
Ensuring the Right Fit
The application helps clarify what you’re hoping for and where you are right now, so expectations are understood from the beginning.
Clear Direction Forward
It helps determine whether this type of mentorship is the right next step and brings clarity to how the process will move forward.
Prayerful Consideration
Submitting an application doesn’t guarantee acceptance. Each request is reviewed prayerfully to ensure the mentorship will be healthy, helpful, and aligned.

How to Know Which Option Is Right for You
✦ Mentorship within courses may be a good fit if you want guidance while working through structured material at your own pace.
✦ Personalized mentorship may be a good fit if you’re in a season where you want more focused support and accountability for a specific period of time.
