Community
You don’t have to walk this journey alone. Growth can feel isolating, especially when you’re in a season of healing, change, or learning how to trust God in new ways. Our communities exist so no one has to carry that weight by themselves. Together, these spaces are designed for encouragement, connection, and shared growth — not pressure, performance, or perfection.
Why Community Matters
Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation.
God often uses community to:
✦ Encourage us when we feel tired or discouraged
✦ Remind us that we’re not the only ones struggling
✦ Help us stay grounded and supported during hard seasons
✦ Strengthen our faith through shared experiences
Sometimes just knowing that someone else understands makes all the difference.
Below are the two communities connected to The Transformation Station, both founded by Ayanna Lynnay.

Sisters of Strength Women’s Fellowship
Sisters of Strength Women’s Fellowship was founded in 2018 by Ayanna Lynnay. It is a nurturing and empowering community created to support women in their personal, professional, and spiritual growth. At the heart of this fellowship is the belief that true strength comes from the Lord. As women apply the Word of God to everyday life, they grow stronger not only for themselves, but also to uplift and support others.
This fellowship is a place where women can:
✦ Encourage one another
✦ Share real-life experiences
✦ Grow spiritually
✦ Be strengthened through faith and community
Weekly Fellowship
Sisters of Strength meets every Monday at 7:00 PM (EST) via Zoom. Each week, different women of God step forward to share the Word, pray, and fellowship together. It’s a space where gifts are exercised and voices are valued.
The Transformation Station
The Transformation Station is Ayanna’s personal online ministry presence. It was created out of a desire to share the Word of God and real-life experiences in a way that encourages, empowers, and helps others grow closer to the Lord.
From the beginning, the heart behind The Transformation Station has been transparency — showing that loving God does not mean life will be free of struggle, and that struggling now does not mean you will struggle forever.
This space exists to remind people that:
✦ You can love God and still be growing
✦ You can be healing and still faithful
✦ Your current season does not define your future
Ayanna often shares encouraging words, short Bible studies, and live teachings that reflect what it looks like to walk with God through real life. The goal is not to build a church, but to help build people — people who desire an intimate, close walk with the Lord.

A Shared Heart
Both communities are rooted in the same heart:
✦ Honest faith
✦ Growth over perfection
✦ Healing over hiding
✦ Relationship over religion
Whether you connect through Sisters of Strength or The Transformation Station, you are welcome to grow at your own pace in a space grounded in grace.
